Very interesting. The average consumer buys 558 gallons a year or 10.73 gals. per week. How do you compare to that? I try to limit myself to 10 gallons, sometimes with difficulty.

Patronizing "mom and pop" makes no difference, the fed tax is on ALL gasoline sales.
